Common use of Organization Participation Clause in Contracts

Organization Participation. Employees shall have the right to join and participate in the activities of the Union. The Union shall admit Employees to membership without discrimination. The Union shall represent all Employees in the unit equitably and fairly in all negotiable matters without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, age, sex, marital status, disability, or membership in the Union.
