Common use of Organization Meeting Clause in Contracts

Organization Meeting. The first meeting of a newly elected Board of Managers shall be held within ten days of election at such place as shall be fixed by the managers at the meeting at which such managers were elected, and no notice shall be necessary to the newly elected managers in order legally to constitute such meeting, provided a majority of the whole Board shall be present.

Organization Meeting. The first meeting of a newly elected the members of the Board of Managers following the annual meeting of the Unit Owners shall be held within ten (10) days of election thereafter, at such time and place as shall be fixed by the managers at the meeting at which such managers were elected, a Majority Board Vote and no notice shall be necessary to the newly elected managers members of the Board of Managers in order legally to constitute such meeting, provided providing a majority quorum of the whole Board of Managers selected by the Unit Owners shall be presentpresent thereat.
