Organization Chart. The chart shall provide an outline of the hierarchy, relationships and relative ranks of Subrecipient's organizational parts and positions/jobs as it related to the operations of this Subaward. In the event that Subrecipient revises its organization chart, a copy shall be provided to County within five (5) days of any change in its organization chart.
