Method of Mining Sample Clauses

Method of Mining. A haul road of gradient maintained 1 in 16 as per MMR 1961 is exists in the mine. Approach roads are provided upto the working pit for movements of laborers and vehicles. Hydraulic dumpers and tippers will be deployed for transportation of mineral form working to consumers. It is an existing mining lease of Marble and presently mining is being done adopting opencast method. The Marble horizons are being of soft, compact formation hence drilling & blasting is not required during mining. The excavated Marble horizon will be broken & sorted at the face manually. The Marble will be dispatched to the purchaser. Whereas ultimate pit slope is proposed 45°. Following machineries will be used for mining of Marble: Table 1.2 Showing Details of machinery proposed to be used at mine X.Xx Item Capacity Quantity

Method of Mining. The mine is fully equipped with modern machineries and equipments for mining and overburden handling, mining operations are being carried out by opencast semi-mechanized method. Topsoil of 0.5 – 3.0 m is scraped through excavator and stacked at designated sites. Below the cover of top soil there are layers of murram and hard rock of weathered sandstone having thickness of 1.0 m to 3.0 m. below this lies massive sandstone varying in thickness from 4.0m to 20.0 m which is removed by blasting. Overburden is handled by excavator - dumper combination. The productive, around 1.0 to 10.0m, zone is exposed by excavating overburden. Mining of sandstone starts with separating the layer from natural bondage by chisel and hammering along cleavage plane / weaker zone. The stone layer breaks non-dimensionally depending upon free face available. It is then sized to possible dimension by chisel and hammer. Line drilling of hole is also used to split massive sandstone blocks. Finally, it is splitted along the natural split planes to yield single solid slab of desired thickness ready to use. Mineral will be transported to the processing plant. It will be cut into sizes as per market demand and packed. This is then transported outside by the end user’s.
Method of Mining. Mining will be done open cast semi mechanized method. The mining is proposed for Lime stone.  The Mining of Lime Stone mineral will be carried out as per approved mining plan.  Lime Stone is exposed, a free face in strike direction along weak zone of strata is opened out by digging a trench box. Thus a bench is formed.  Controlled Blasting is required. The lessee also have explosive magazine license No.10036 valid till 31-03-2023. (copy enclose)  The mineral is proposed to transport by tractor and Dumper. Method of Mining. The method of mining is opencast semi mechanized. In general blasting is not required in sand stone mine. Blasting will require to remove of overburden and side burden. Controlled blasting is propoed by adopting all the safgety measures as per Mines Act and with the permission of DGMS. Thus drilling & blasting operation are needed to win this mineral deposit. This is carried out by the experienced & authorized contractors on contractual basis. Drilling is being done by hand held xxxx Xxxxxx of 32 mm size of shot hole. Drilling parameters are 1. Diameter of shot holes- 32 mm, Spacing – 1 m, Burden- 0.8 m. Blasting parameters: Type of explosive- Slurry Explosive AN base, ANFO and Electric detonator. Total 18 holes area proposed for one blasting round. Charge per hole is proposed 500gms of ANFO and one cartridge of slurry explosive around 125gms. One detonator is proposed for one hole. Blasting will need in hard strata. Secondary Blasting is not needed. The loading of Sand Stone in dumpers as by hydraulic excavator loaders & then further loaded for its onward transportation by truck to the Karauli & other parts of the state. Approach roads are available up to the bottom of the mine. The bench height is proposed 6 meters. Width is also proposed 6.0meter. Ultimate pit slope is proposed 45°. • Method of Calculation The Finance Charge on my account is calculated by multiplying the number of days in the billing period by the daily periodic rate and multiplying the result by the "average daily balance". The "daily periodic rate" is the corresponding Annual Percentage Rate divided by 365. The "average daily balance" is figured by taking the beginning balance each day, adding any new advances, purchases, fees, or adjustments, and subtracting any payments or credits. The result is the daily balance, then all daily balances for the billing period are added together and the result is divided by the number of days in the billing period. To avoid paying Finance Charges on Purchase Transactions, the entire outstanding balance of all Purchase, Cash Advance, and Balance Transfer transactions as of the statement date and any Cash Advance or Balance Transfer transactions posted after the statement date, plus any Finance Charges and fees must be paid in full by the due date or the Finance Charge will be assessed from the date each purchase transaction posted. I cannot avoid Interest Charges on Cash Advance and Balance Transfers. Cash Advance and Balance Transfer transactions accrue interest immediately beginning on the date the transaction posts to the account. When there are different rates for purchase, cash advances, or balance transfers, separate average daily balances for each will be calculated and the appropriate periodic rate is then applied to each balance. Purchases and Cash Advances. I may use my card to buy goods and services anywhere it is accepted. I may also use my card to borrow cash from you by making cash advances at any financial institution or ATM (Automated Teller Machine) that accepts it. Making Payment. I will be sent a combined statement each month that shows me the new card account balance. I may pay the entire balance owing at any time, or I may pay in monthly installments. My monthly statement will show the minimum payment I must make and the date when you must receive the payment. My payment of the minimum payment due may be applied to what I owe the Credit Union in any manner you choose. If I make a payment in excess of the required minimum payment due, you will allocate the excess amount first to the balance with the highest annual percentage rate "APR" and any remaining portion to the other balances in descending order based on the next highest APR, as of the date you receive my payment unless otherwise prescribed by law. Other Charges. If I request copies of charge slips or statements, you can charge me a per item fee to cover the cost of finding and duplicating them. If I dispute a charge on my account, and after investigation it is found to be my charge, you can charge a fee to cover the cost of the research. The costs for such services is available in the Fee Schedule posted at each branch and you will provide me information regarding the current costs for such services at the time I make my request. My Credit Limit. From time to time, you may adjust my maximum credit limit. I agree to keep the total of purchases and cash advances made on my account within this limit. Exceeding Credit Limit. I understand that any amount charged over my credit limit will be immediately due and payable in addition to my regularly scheduled payment. The amount over limit will be reflected under the "Past Due" field on my statement and will be added to the "Current Payment". The total amount I will be required to pay in that billing cycle will include the amount exceeding the credit limit and all other amounts that would otherwise be due for that billing cycle.
