Organization; Binding and Enforceable. Landlord is a duly organized limited liability company validly existing under the laws of the State of Delaware. Landlord has full power and authority to perform its obligations under this Lease, and this Lease is the legal, valid and binding obligation of Landlord and is enforceable against Landlord in accordance with its terms.
