Common use of Ordering Services Clause in Contracts

Ordering Services. Agencies can compare competing services on offer in the relevant Marketplace Catalogue, seek further information from you if required, and then proceed. 3.1 If an Eligible Agency decides to purchase Services, it will select the relevant service(s) and provider(s) and, where relevant: (a) request from relevant providers any additional information it may require; (b) have any discussions with providers it may require; and (c) submit a Subscription Form to the relevant provider(s), as further described in the applicable Ordering Process for the Services on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇. If an Eligible Agency wishes to procure Services, it does so through an Ordering Process that creates a Subscription Agreement between you and the relevant Eligible Agency. When that Subscription Agreement is formed, the Eligible Agency becomes a Purchasing Agency.
