3.5.2 BellSouth will provide Ruddata the LSR format to be used when ordering the High Frequency Spectrum.

3.5.4 BellSouth will provide Ruddata access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall ▇▇▇▇ and Ruddata shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.
