USA Telecom. Inc. shall not remove or disconnect ground wires from BellSouth’s NIDs, enclosures, or protectors.
USA Telecom. Inc. may reserve facilities for up to four (4) business days for each facility requested through LMU from the time the LMU information is returned to USA Telecom, Inc.. During and prior to USA Telecom, Inc. placing an LSR, the reserved facilities are rendered unavailable to other customers, including BellSouth. If USA Telecom, Inc. does not submit an LSR for a UNE service on a reserved facility within the four (4)-day reservation timeframe, the reservation of that spare facility will become invalid and the facility will be released.
USA Telecom. Inc. may provide its own splitters or may order splitters in a central office once it has installed its DSLAM in that central office. BellSouth will install splitters within thirty-six (36) calendar days of USA Telecom, Inc.’s submission of an error free Line Splitter Ordering Document (LSOD) to the BellSouth Complex Resale Support Group.
USA Telecom. Inc. shall use BellSouth’s LSOD to order splitters from BellSouth and to activate and deactivate DS0 Collocation Connecting Facility Assignments (CFA) for use with High Frequency Spectrum.
USA Telecom. Inc. may not access a Network Element for the sole purpose of providing non-qualifying services as defined by the FCC. For purposes of this Agreement, combinations of Network Elements shall be referred to as “Combinations.”
USA Telecom. Inc. shall provide BellSouth with a signed LOA between it and the Data LEC or Voice CLEC with which it desires to provision Line Splitting services, if USA Telecom, Inc. will not provide voice and data services.

USA Telecom. Inc. shall pass its End User’s telephone number to BellSouth over the Primary Interface (PRI) trunk group via ANI or via direct Centralized Automated Message Accounting (CAMA) trunks to the appropriate E911 tandem switch.
USA Telecom. Inc. shall submit to BellSouth a notice of its intent to access and utilize BellSouth CNAM Database Services. Said notice shall be in writing no less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to USA Telecom, Inc.’s access to BellSouth’s CNAM Database Services and shall be addressed to USA Telecom, Inc.’s Local Contract Manager.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section.   • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Reconex for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.

  • Mobile Sierra Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, neither Party shall seek, nor shall they support any third party seeking, to prospectively or retroactively revise the rates, terms or conditions of service of this Agreement through application or complaint to the FERC pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Power Act, absent prior written agreement of the Parties.   • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Software Services If elected by Customer, the following Software Services will be made available for Customer’s use.
