Common use of Order Validation Clause in Contracts

Order Validation. We will only accept your orders to buy Precious Metal when you have sufficient Cash in your Account (including costs and fees) to be able to settle the whole transaction. We will only accept your orders to sell Precious Metal when the specified quantity of Precious Metal is stored in your Account at that time and is available to you.
