Common use of Order Size Clause in Contracts

Order Size. Zogenix shall place Firm Orders for the Products in whole multiples of the Standard Batch Size. Zogenix acknowledges that to achieve the levels of Capacity set out in Schedule A, it will be necessary to manufacture Batches of Product in campaigns and wherever possible, Zogenix will place Firm Orders with delivery dates that enable Patheon to manufacture Product in accordance with the Minimum Campaign Size set out in Schedule A. Patheon, may be required to accept orders for Products below the Minimum Campaign Size.
