Order Size. All purchase orders for Product placed by Endo shall be for amounts of product equal to a full manufacturing batch or multiples thereof with the amount ordered based on the estimated actual yields. An estimate of the number of units per batch is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The actual number of units delivered pursuant to any purchase order for Product shall be equal to the number of units produced in each batch thereof, subject to Confidential Materials omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Asterisks denote omissions. reduction of the number of units produced in any batch by the number of units not suitable for release or otherwise retained pursuant to the provisions of the Quality Agreement. In the event that Noven shall deliver less than *** of the units ordered by Endo pursuant to any purchase order (which number shall be determined with reference to the number of units estimated to be yielded by each batch ordered by Endo as reflected on Exhibit A), Noven shall notify Endo in writing of the amount of such shortfall upon discovery of the shortfall of the Product. Endo shall, within 30 days of receipt of such delivery, either (a) accept such delivery in full satisfaction of the purchase order (as to quantity only and not in waiver of Endo's opportunity to reject under pursuant to Section 3.07), or (b) issue a replacement purchase order for an additional batch of the Product, and Noven shall use reasonable commercial efforts to deliver such Product within 60 days of the date of such replacement purchase order; provided, that in either case Endo shall accept and pay to Noven the price for the units of Product delivered. Endo's failure to issue a replacement purchase order within such 30-day period shall be deemed as an acceptance of such delivery pursuant to subsection (a) above. Any replacement Purchase order submitted by Endo to Noven pursuant to this Section 3.04 shall be subject to the same terms and conditions of this Agreement as purchase orders submitted pursuant to section 3.03.
Order Size. Zogenix shall place Firm Orders for the Products in whole multiples of the Standard Batch Size. Zogenix acknowledges that to achieve the levels of Capacity set out in Schedule A, it will be necessary to manufacture Batches of Product in campaigns and wherever possible, Zogenix will place Firm Orders with delivery dates that enable Patheon to manufacture Product in accordance with the Minimum Campaign Size set out in Schedule A. Patheon, may be required to accept orders for Products below the Minimum Campaign Size.
Order Size. Takeda shall purchase its requirements for the Product and Samples from RTU in the standard order quantities of standard case lots (i.e. [**] per lot).
Order Size. All orders are to be of such size and composition as are normally sold by the Company. Orders for lesser or unusual amounts may be accepted at the discretion of the Company and may be invoiced at the listed price plus 10%.

Delivery by Allergan of the requested quantity ordered by Licensee within a deviation of plus or minus [redacted in accordance with Section 12.2(3) of National Instrument 51-102] shall constitute full satisfaction of the applicable order.

Conflicts of interest and inducements RHS will route Robinhood UK customer orders to execution venues in the U.S. in an automated manner and will not receive any ‘payment for order flow’ offered to RHS by those venues. Robinhood UK will not receive any remuneration, discount, or non-monetary benefit for routing customer orders to RHS. Monitoring and review We will regularly monitor compliance with this Policy and will also actively monitor the effectiveness and quality of execution delivered by RHS and endeavour to correct any deficiencies. We will also review this Policy and related execution arrangements at least annually, and whenever a change occurs that may materially affect our ability to obtain the best possible result for you, including any significant event that could materially impact parameters of best execution such as cost, speed, likelihood of execution, and any other material relevant consideration. This monitoring will allow us to identify and implement changes to this Policy and execution arrangements where we believe that such changes deliver a better result for our customers. The most recent version of this Policy can be found in the Disclosure Library. We will notify you of material changes to this Policy. Durata has the right not to fulfill any Purchase Order with respect to Products intended for a specific country if such Purchase Order does not conform to the minimum batch size for such country. If Durata does not deliver the requested quantity ordered by Xxxxxxxx within a deviation of ± [**]% Durata shall discuss in good faith with Xxxxxxxx its requirements for the requested quantity ordered and, unless Xxxxxxxx determines that the requested quantity ordered (or any of it) is not required, Durata shall manufacture and deliver such remaining amounts (or such of them as may be required by Xxxxxxxx) to Xxxxxxxx within [**] Business Days.
