Common use of Order of priority in application Clause in Contracts

Order of priority in application. Save as provided in Article 2.5, in case of inconsistencies between the terms and conditions stipulated in Transmission License issued by the Commission to the TSP, agreement(s) executed between the Parties, applicable Law including rules and regulations framed thereunder, the order of priority as between them shall be the order in which they are placed below: • terms and conditions of Transmission License; • applicable Law, rules and regulations framed thereunder; • this Agreement; • Agreement(s), if any, under Sharing Regulations.
