Order of Application of Payments. BNPPLC will be entitled to apply any payments by or on behalf of NAI against NAI’s obligations under this Paragraph 10 or against other amounts owing by NAI and then past due under any of the other Operative Documents in the order the same became due or in such other order as BNPPLC may elect.
