Optional Pricing Clause Samples
The Optional Pricing clause allows parties to specify alternative pricing structures or options within a contract. This clause typically outlines different price points or payment terms that may apply depending on certain conditions, such as order volume, timing, or selection of specific products or services. By providing flexibility in pricing, the clause enables parties to adapt to changing circumstances or preferences, ultimately facilitating smoother negotiations and reducing the likelihood of disputes over costs.
Optional Pricing. 5.2.1 The products and services offered to satisfy the requirements of this SFS must be stated in A.1 of Exhibit A. Any additional items, features, enhancements, etc. for the systems, hardware and software may be offered and priced in A.2 of Exhibit A. This contract expresses the complete agreement of the parties and performance shall be governed solely by the specifications and requirements contained herein. Any change must be accomplished by a formal signed amendment prior to the effective date of such change.
Optional Pricing. The following services are not part of the contract and for pricing only and the performance of these services are at the option of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Management Corp.
Optional Pricing. Provide optional pricing for stainless steel floating running board trays for driver and officer side. Price option should show each individually. The upper pump enclosure area shall be built of stainless steel with brushed stainless-steel outer trim to blend with the lower module trim pieces.
