Option Fee. The purchase price for the Option (the "Option Fee") is $180,000, payable by wire transfer of immediately available funds to a U.S. account specified in writing by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ on the next business day following execution of this Agreement. In the event that Optionee exercises the Option as provided for in this Agreement, the Option Fee shall be credited and applied to the Purchase Price.
