Option Fee. In consideration of the Option Rights herein granted to COMPANY by UFRF and as an indication of serious intent, COMPANY shall pay to UFRF the sum of one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200) within thirty (30) days of the Execution Date, such sum to be nonrefundable.
