Common use of Option Closing Time Clause in Contracts

Option Closing Time. The obligations of the Underwriter to purchase the Additional Securities under this Agreement are subject to the delivery to the Underwriter on the Option Closing Date of a certificate dated the Option Closing Date substantially similar to the certificate referred to in Section 8(a)(v) and such other documents as they may reasonably request at least 48 hours prior to the Option Closing Time with respect to the good standing of the Corporation and other matters related to the issuance of the Additional Securities.

Option Closing Time. The obligations of the Underwriter to purchase the Additional Securities under this Agreement are subject to the delivery to the Underwriter on the Option Closing Date of a certificate dated the Option Closing Date substantially similar to the certificate referred to in Section 8(a)(v8(a)(iv) and such other documents as they may reasonably request at least 48 hours prior to the Option Closing Time with respect to the good standing of the Corporation and other matters related to the issuance of the Additional Securities.

The several obligations of the Underwriter Underwriters to purchase the Additional Securities under this Agreement hereunder are subject to the delivery to the Underwriter Underwriters on the Option Closing Date of a certificate dated the Option Closing Date substantially similar to the certificate referred to in Section 8(a)(vsection 9(a) (vii) and such other documents as they may reasonably request at least 48 hours prior to the Option Closing Time with respect to the good standing of the Corporation and other matters related to the issuance of the Additional Securities.
