Closing Time. F.2.15.1 Ensure that the employer receives the tender offer at the address specified in the tender data not later than the closing time stated in the tender data. Accept that proof of posting shall not be accepted as proof of delivery.
Closing Time. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, none of the provisions of Article 2 or Article 3 of this Agreement shall be operative or have any effect until the Closing Time, at which time all the provisions of Article 2 and Article 3 of this Agreement shall be effective and operative in accordance with Article 5, without further action by any Party hereto.

Closing Time. Payment of the purchase price for, and delivery of the Notes shall be made at the offices of Sidley Austin LLP, 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000, or at such other place as shall be agreed upon by the Underwriters and the Company, at 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on October 21, 2008 (unless postponed in accordance with the provisions of Section 11), or such other time not later than ten business days after such date as shall be agreed upon by the Representatives and the Company (such time and date of payment and delivery being herein called “Closing Time”). Payment shall be made to the Company by wire transfer of immediately available funds to a bank account designated by the Company, against delivery to the nominee of The Depository Trust Company, for the account of the Underwriters, of one or more global notes representing the Notes (the “Global Notes”) to be purchased by them. It is understood that each Underwriter has authorized the Representatives for its respective account, to accept delivery of, and receipt for, and make payment of the purchase price for, the Notes which such Underwriter has agreed to purchase. The Global Notes will be made available for examination and packaging by the Underwriters not later than 10:00 a.m. on the last business day prior to Closing Time in The City of New York.
Closing Time. Owner agrees that if Owner's animals are not picked up by closing time of 6:00 p.m. then Owner hereby authorizes overnight boarding appropriate for dog(s) and to pay Paw Purs Place for applicable overnight boarding charge plus any charge for required food.
