Common use of Option Amount Clause in Contracts

Option Amount. So long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and is continuing and upon Lessee's written request and upon payment of an additional Advance in the amount of $4,896.00, subject to final review by Lessor, at any time during the Equipment Delivery Period, an additional amount of $180,000.00 shall be available to Lessee under the same terms and conditions as stated herein. Such additional amount shall thereafter be considered an addition to the Commitment Amount referenced above.
