Common use of OPTICAL Clause in Contracts

OPTICAL. The City will provide the cost of the Full-Family plan as set forth in the policy for a comprehensive optical insurance plan allowing for full vision care subject to a Ten Dollar ($10.00) deductible at all participating optometrists.

OPTICAL. The City will shall provide the full cost of the Full-Family plan as set forth in the policy for a comprehensive optical insurance full family plan allowing for full vision care subject to a Ten Dollar dollar ($10.00) deductible at all participating optometrists.
