Common use of OPTICAL Clause in Contracts

OPTICAL. “Effective January 1, 2019, eligible employees will be reimbursed up to eighty (80%) percent of the cost of frames, lenses, and the fitting or prescription eye glasses when recommended by a doctor or optometrist up to a maximum of two hundred ($200) dollars in each two (2) year period of active employment. The cost of prescription contact lenses will be covered in the same amount.
