OPSRP. During the life of this Agreement, the City will continue to participate in the Oregon Public Services Retirement Plan (OPSRP) or its successor for eligible employees. The City shall pick up, assume, or pay the employee’s contribution required by law to OPSRP in accordance with ORS 238A.335(1) and (2)(a) subject to the Oregon Administrative Rules pursuant to OPSRP statutes.
