Common use of Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel. On each Closing Date, there shall have been furnished to the Representatives the opinion of Xxxxxx LLP, intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated such Closing Date and addressed to the Representatives on behalf of the Underwriters, in the form attached as Exhibit D hereto.
