Common use of OPERATOR agrees to Clause in Contracts

OPERATOR agrees to. a) on a weekly basis, provide electronic data to the DAC. Should Operator fail to provide the data, Operator’s Hourly Rate will be subject to a 5% upward rate adjustment; and b) be registered with the P&WC approved DAC and act upon recommendation(s) received from the DAC and / or P&WC based on trend shift(s) and/or other usage information.
