Common use of Operative Time Clause in Contracts

Operative Time. The Proposed Amendment shall become operative upon the payment in full of the Initial Consent Fee (as defined in the Consent Solicitation Statement) to each of the Holders entitled to receive such payment pursuant to the Consent Solicitation Statement.
