4Verizon OSS Information Sample Clauses

The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.
4Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Reconex through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a Reconex Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Reconex through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any Reconex Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Reconex.
4Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Excel through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a Excel Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Excel through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any Excel Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Excel.
4Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, TCCF through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a TCCF Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, TCCF through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any TCCF Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, TCCF.
4Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, MMFN through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a MMFN Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, MMFN through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any MMFN Usage Information (as defined in Section 1.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, MMFN.
4Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, LifeLine through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a LifeLine Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, LifeLine through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any LifeLine Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, LifeLine.
4Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, BTI through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a BTI Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, BTI through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any BTI Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, BTI.

The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a Max-Tel Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Max-Tel through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any Max-Tel Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Max-Tel.

The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a NTL Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, NTL through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any NTL Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, NTL.
