Operations of Oil and Gas Properties. The Collateral (and all properties spaced, communitized, unitized or otherwise aggregated therewith) will be maintained, operated and developed in a good and workmanlike manner and in conformity in all material respects with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders of all federal, state, tribal and local governmental bodies, authorities and agencies and in conformity in all material respects with the provisions of all leases, subleases or other contracts and agreements comprising a part of the Collateral. To the best of Debtor's knowledge none of the Collateral is subject to having allowable production reduced below the full and regular allowable (including the maximum permissible tolerance) because of an overproduction (whether or not the same was permissible at the time) prior to the date hereof.
