Common use of Operations Management Clause in Contracts

Operations Management. Contractor shall maintain the administrative, physical, technical, and procedural infrastructure associated with the provision of the Product in a manner that is, at all times during the term of this Master Agreement, at a level equal to or more stringent than those specified in the Solicitation.
