OPERATIONS DURING DISPUTE. 21.2.1 In the event that a dispute, if any, arises between CITY and CONTRACTOR relating to this Agreement, performance or compensation hereunder, CONTRACTOR shall continue to render service in full compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement as interpreted by CITY regardless of such dispute.
