Common use of Operations Centers Clause in Contracts

Operations Centers. NFN shall operate and maintain one or more Operations Centers ("OCs") staffed twenty-four hours a day, seven (7) days a week by trained and qualified personnel beginning with the earliest Acceptance Date under this Agreement. Qualified maintenance personnel shall be available for dispatch twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days week. NFN shall use its best efforts to have its first maintenance representative at the site requiring Emergency Unscheduled Maintenance activity within two (2) hours after the time NFN becomes aware of an event requiring Emergency Unscheduled Maintenance. NFN shall maintain a telephone number through which * may contact personnel at an OC without toll from the New York metropolitan area. NFN's OC personnel shall dispatch maintenance and repair personnel along the system to handle and repair problems detected in the Leased Fibers, (i) through *'s remote surveillance equipment and upon notification by * to NFN, or (ii) upon notification by a third party.
