Operational Systems Sample Clauses
The 'Operational Systems' clause defines the requirements and standards for the systems and processes used to deliver services or perform obligations under an agreement. It typically outlines the technical, security, and performance criteria that the operational systems must meet, such as uptime guarantees, data protection measures, or integration capabilities with other platforms. By specifying these expectations, the clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the operational infrastructure required, thereby reducing the risk of service disruptions and misunderstandings regarding system capabilities.
