Common use of Operational Rate Clause in Contracts

Operational Rate. (where applicable as specified by the District’s Special Terms and Conditions) refers to a flat rate paid for an active winter operations for any time a Contractor is requested to work. Includes active engagement (“Push Time”) as well as time when mobilized, but not actively participating (“Standby Time”).
