Common use of Operational Hours Clause in Contracts

Operational Hours. 5.1 Contractor will maintain an administrative office during the term of the Contract, and any renewals, which shall be open from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. at the Customer’s location, on business days. The administrative office does not need to be open on holidays observed by state agencies as defined in the Holidays section of the Scope of Work.
