Operation of System. 10.1.1 The SABRE System and the System shall be operated by Customer or solely for the purposes and functions expressly permitted by this Agreement and in strict accordance with the Instructions. Customer shall not in any way utilize the System for the direct or indirect purpose of bypassing or circumventing the SABRE System in communicating in any way with Participants. Any violation of this provision will be deemed an Event of Default under Article 14.1.2.
