Operation of power grids. a) The Seller shall be responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of the electrical equipment and power grids under the management scope for properties prescribed in the Agreement on connection with power grid maintenance units, ensuring the compliance with the Regulation on the operation of national power system; standards, technical regulations of the power industry; and the electricity selling and buying under the Power Purchase Agreement.
