OPERATING YOUR KYÄNI BUSINESS. a. Adherence to the Kyäni Global Compensation Plan: Business Partners shall not offer the Kyäni opportunity through, or in combination with, any other system, program, or method of marketing other than that specifically set forth in official Kyäni literature, or in any way vary from the exclusive use of Kyäni's official forms. Business Partners shall not require or encourage participation in Kyäni in any manner that varies from the program as set forth in official Kyäni literature. Similarly, Business Partners shall not require or encourage others to make any purchase from, or payment to, any individual or other entity to participate in the Kyäni Global Compensation Plan other than those purchases or payments identified as recommended or required in official Kyäni literature.
