Operating Projects. Except as disclosed on Schedule 6.28 or as otherwise could not reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, to have a Material Adverse Effect, the mechanical, electrical and other operating systems on and in the Operating Projects which are being operated, constructed or developed by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries are in good working order (ordinary wear and tear excepted) and repair and are adequate for the operation, construction and development of the Operating Projects by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as currently being and expected to be operated, constructed or developed.
