Operating Practices. Lessee shall at all times conduct exploration, development, mining, drilling, production, concentrating, refining, reclamation, and all other activities and operations relative to the Lease as a reasonably prudent operator. Lessee shall conform to the best practices and engineering principles currently in use in the mining industry. Lessee shall implement improvements to such best practices and engineering principles, as they may be modified during the Lease Term or any Term Extension. Lessor requires Lessee to fulfill the following operating practices:
