Good Operations Practices. Lessee shall conduct exploration and operations on the Leased Premises in accordance with standard industry operating practices. Lessee shall avoid waste of economically recoverable precise mineral and Reserved Minerals. Lessee’s incidental removal of Reserved Minerals to any overburden disposal area, as a result of Lessee’s extraction of precise mineral, shall not be deemed waste of economically recoverable Reserved Minerals. Lessee shall comply with all regulations and directives of the US Departments of Labor, Mine Safety, and Health Administration or applicable state agencies for the health and safety of employees and workers.
