Common use of Operating Payment Clause in Contracts

Operating Payment. For each Rent Year (or portion thereof) during the Term, Tenant shall pay Landlord, as Additional Rent, Tenant's Share of Operating Expenses (the "Operating Payment") in the manner set forth in Section 4(B). “Operating Expenses” shall include (i) Impositions, (ii) Property Expenses, and (iii) Insurance Expenses.
