Operating Commitment. The Lender agrees, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, to lend to the Borrower and the Borrower agrees that it may borrow from the Lender an amount up to, but not exceeding, in the aggregate [AMOUNT] (the “Operating Commitment”) as provided herein.
