Contractor Assistance. NASA has retained the services of the following organizations for technical assistance in management of the GOES N,O, P, Q Program; UNIYSYS CORP; XXXXXX AND ASSOCIATES; XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX CORPORATION, AND; XXXXXXX & XXXX. In addition, NASA may designate additional organizations. Seller agrees to cooperate with personnel of the designated organizations by providing access to technical and schedule data, authorizing attendance at meetings, engaging in technical discussions and entering into agreements which will allow access to proprietary data and will protect disclosed data.
Contractor Assistance. If the Commonwealth needs the Contractor’s assistance in any matter arising out of the RTKL related to this contract, the Commonwealth shall notify the Contractor that it requires the Contractor’s assistance, and the Contractor shall provide to the Commonwealth: access to, and copies of, any document or information in the Contractor’s possession (Requested Information) arising out of this contract that the Commonwealth reasonably believes is a public record under the RTKL, within ten calendar days after receipt of written notification; and any other assistance as the Commonwealth may reasonably request, in order to comply with the RTKL with respect to this contract.
Contractor Assistance. Contractor will assist Customer and its Related Third Parties, as applicable, with administrative arrangements necessary for the transportation of personnel, the Spacecraft and related equipment or supplies from the point of entry into the Russian Federation or Republic of Kazakhstan, as the case may be, to the Launch Site. Such assistance to Customer and its Related Third Parties shall include assisting in obtaining on behalf of Customer and Customer’s Related Third Parties, as applicable, necessary consents and authorizations from the relevant governmental authorities for the entry and temporary stay in the Russian Federation or the Republic of Kazakhstan, as the case may be, of such personnel, Spacecraft and related equipment or supplies.

Contractor Assistance. 11.1In the event that this Agreement is terminated by Scope Global in accordance with clauses 10.3 or 10.4 or the Contractor is, for any reason, unable to complete the Services, the Contractor must provide Scope Global with reasonable assistance as requested by Scope Global to facilitate the continued provision of the Services, including providing all necessary material and information regarding the Services and returning all Scope Global property to Scope Global.
