Common use of Operating Authorities Clause in Contracts

Operating Authorities. S▇▇▇▇▇ Resource has all material operating authorities, governmental certificates and licenses, permits, authorizations and approvals (“Permits”) required to conduct its business as presently conducted. Such Permits, if any, are set forth on Schedule 3.16. Since S▇▇▇▇▇ Resource’s inception, there has not been any notice or adverse development regarding such Permits; such Permits are in full force and effect; no material violations are or have been recorded in respect of any Permit; and no proceeding is pending or threatened to revoke or limit any Permit.
