Common use of Opening Date Clause in Contracts

Opening Date. If the Opening Date does not occur within eighteen (18) months after Target Opening Date for any reason, including Force Majeure, Licensor shall have the right to terminate the Agreement, by delivering written Notice to Licensee. Additionally, Licensee shall immediately pay to Licensor all accrued fees under this Agreement and reimburse Licensor for all professional, travel and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Licensor in connection with this Agreement.
