Opening Authorization. Notify us in writing at least 30 days before the Opening Date so that we can inspect, and if we reasonably determine it to be appropriate, authorize you to begin operating the Hotel under the Brand Mark and this Agreement. You will not begin operation of the Hotel using the Brand Mark or our System until you have received our specific written authorization to do so;
