Open Status. Once the Question and Answer Addendum is issued, a solicitation enters Open Status. When a solicitation is in Open Status, all Vendors who are registered with MFMP may submit proposals until the Due Date listed in the Timeline of Events, section 2.2.
Open Status. The solicitation enters ‘Open’ status on the date listed on the Timeline of Events. When a solicitation is in ‘Open’ status, all Vendors who have accepted the ‘Bidders Agreement’ in MFMP Sourcing may submit proposals until the Proposal Due Date listed in the Timeline of Events, section 2.4. The solicitation remains in ‘Open’ status until the Proposal Due Date & Time listed in the Timeline of Events, section 2.4.
