Open Source Elements. Any open source materials in the Subscription Services for which Agency must acquire a license must be approved in advance and in writing by Agency. If Agency is expected to secure any open source license, Contractor shall: Notify Agency in writing that the Subscription Services require Agency to obtain an open source license, Identify the specific portion of the Subscription Services that contain open source materials, and Provide a copy of the applicable license for each open source item to Agency.
