Open Source Elements. Any open source materials in the Application Services for which Agency must acquire a license must be approved in advance and in writing by Agency. If Agency is expected to secure any open source license, Contractor shall: Notify Agency in writing that the Application Services require Agency to obtain an open source license, Identify the specific portion of the Application Services that contain open source materials, and Provide a copy of the applicable license for each open source item to Agency.
