Common use of OPD Services Clause in Contracts

OPD Services. The Concessionaire shall ensure that the Select Patients requiring OPD Services shall be dealt with on first-come –first-served basis, to the extent possible. The Concessionaire shall ensure that all Patients requiring Emergency Services are provided Healthcare Services in accordance with Applicable Laws. If the Concessionaire is unable to recover Fees for the Healthcare Services provided to such Patients from either the Patient themselves or under the provisions of this Agreement, the Authority shall reimburse the Concessionaire for the costs incurred on the treatment of such Patients calculated at BSKY rates or rates under any scheme notified in substitution of BSKY, or such other rates as may be agreed mutually between the Parties, within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of an invoice for the same.
