Onsite Visits. Onsite service visits to Customer’s facility by Motorola are subject to additional charges, as set forth in Section 7.5.
Onsite Visits. In addition, the County reserves the right to request and conduct an onsite visit as part of its monitoring plan. The County, or an authorized representative, has the right at all reasonable times to make site visits and the Subrecipient shall provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of such representatives in the performance of their duties. All site visits and evaluations shall be performed in such a manner as will not unduly interfere with or delay the work of the named subaward.
Onsite Visits must coordinate with the District's schedule and access requirements for any periodic on-site visits and inspections conducted pursuant to the Project Grants. The District will reasonably cooperate to make its personnel available if required for such visits or inspections.
Onsite Visits. For services that include onsite visits, Ad Astra will coordinate scheduling with Client in advance. In the event of cancellation by Client, ten (10) business daysadvance written notice must be provided. If proper notice is not provided, a $500 cancellation fee shall be charged to the Client. There shall be a fee exception for cancellations made with less than ten (10) business day’s written notice in the event the cancellation is made to protect the health and safety of Ad Astra associates (i.e. extreme weather event, campus emergency, or any other event that would cause the location to be shut down or inaccessible). Client will be responsible for and shall ensure that while Ad Astra employees, agents or subcontractors are on Client’s premises, all proper and legal health and safety precautions are in place and fully operational to protect such persons.
Onsite Visits. Observe and evaluate the Child Nutrition Programs operated by the FSMC for compliance with the FSMC Type II Contract and all applicable regulations. HMB will furnish a written summary report to the District within 15 business days after each visit. HMB will complete the USDA-required on-site annual self- reviews prior to the February 1st deadline as required by NYSED. HMB will coordinate with the District to schedule these visits based on the needs and timeline of the District.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Site Visit 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services. The costs of visiting the Site shall beat the Tenderer's own expense.

  • Visits During all visits by either party to the facilities of the other party, visitors shall comply with all reasonable rules of the host company, and each party to this Agreement will indemnify and hold the other party harmless from any liability, claim or loss whatsoever (i) for any injury to, or, death of, any of its employees or agents while such persons are present at the facility of the other party; and (ii) for any damages to its own property or to the property of any such employee or agent which may occur during the presence of any such person at the facility of the other party, regardless of how such damage occurs.

  • Inspections The Servicer shall inspect the Mortgaged Property as often as deemed necessary by the Servicer in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices to assure itself that the value of the Mortgaged Property is being preserved. In addition, if any Mortgage Loan is more than 45 days delinquent, the Servicer promptly shall inspect the Mortgaged Property and shall conduct subsequent inspections in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices or as may be required by the primary mortgage guaranty insurer. Upon request, the Servicer shall produce an electronic report of each such inspection.
